'Connect' is the umbrella name for all our midweek and training activities. We believe @Destiny that 'Connecting' is a vital part of church life as we build a culture of friendship and develop a sense of community. Being part of a church is not about attending but belonging and as a result we realise the importance of doing life together! 'Connect' covers all the following:

Connect Groups
Connect Groups are designed to help you connect! The programme which runs midweek in small groups enables you to meet on a more personal level in an environment where you can get to know others and spend time together. With a programme ranging from meals together, social activities, teaching nights and community projects the programme gives you the opportunity to be encouraged and equipped! Meeting every week in various locations in Bristol and Weston Super Mare on a Weds or Thurs night @ 7.30pm.

Connect Together
Connect Together are events where all our Connect Groups join together for a teaching session. This enables Pastors Mike & Lois and other leaders to have the opportunity to share subjects that are particularly relevant to developing and building the church specifically leadership and team. Everyone is welcome and many find this very beneficial not only to church life but work life and life in general!

Connect Girls
'Girls just wanna have fun!' Well our girls certainly do as they meet together on a bi-monthly basis for teaching sessions with Pastor Lois and other Destiny leaders/occasional special guests along with social activities such as cinema, meals, shopping and fashion shows etc! It's another excuse for the Destiny Girls to get together and enjoy each other's company!

Connect Guys
Connect Guys just like Connect Girls is a bi-monthly opportunity for the Destiny Guys to get together for teaching sessions with Pastor Mike and other Destiny Leaders/occasional special guests along with social activities such as wii nights, ten pin bowling, crazy golf, golf, cinema and meals together etc! We have great fun and it's a fab opportunity for the guys to get to know each other better!

Connect Young Adults
Connect Young Adults or YA as it is affectionately known is for those who are 18+ and want to do life together! It's a great opportunity to build relationships with like-minded people in a fun environment whether it be a night at the cinema, bowling or sharing a meal together. We also encourage our YA's to be part of a regular Connect Group during the week so that our young adults interact with others of all ages!
